TOOTH

I have been behind on updating the blog, as the adapter fo the laptop broke and today we finally got one! Yeah! So, as I meant to post about Nathaniel's first tooth falling out, here goes...

In September, he was sitting at his lego table playing, and there were two pieces that wouldn't come apart. He had a habit of using his teeth to get them apart, and I had warned him several times that he shouldn't do that, 'cause he'd hurt himself. Sure enough, he starts screaming and ran into the kitchen where I was cooking... there was blood pouring out of his mouth and he was freaking out! I grabbed a paper towel - I thought he'd cut his gum or gave himself a bloody lip. As we cleared up the blood, I looked, and as it turns out, he made his tooth fall out!

We went back to the toy room to find it, and looked everywhere it would logically be. No where. Where could it have gone? I was assuming it would be bloody, and against the white carpet, easy to see. Well, it WAS easy to see, but it took us awhile to find it cause it was across the room.

I could only assume that it would be there because of the pressure it was under. But Nathaniel said he dropped it on the way to the kitchen. Either way, it was amusing to us, painful to him, and quite the memory!
