Easter this year was a lot of fun. It usually is, of course, but it's been awhile since we've been with family for the event. The kids were spoiled by their MawMaw, who served them ice crem parfaits for breakfast, and from there the day was spent eating and having fun with family. Although we didn't make it to church, we did review the Christian history of the holiday and explained to them of Christ's death and resurrection. This brought more questions from Ariel this year than years previous, some of which were hard to answer so that she would understand. But, all in all, I think she got the jist of it and wasn't terrified by anything, so that's good.
